You are invited to the following FREE event: EXOS + FCA: Consistent Momentum All Season Long and 3Dimensional coaching, “Being a complete Coach.

Event is to be held at EXOS Performance on October 5th, 2019 from 8am-12pm. The address is 2017 W. I-35 Frontage Road, Suite 100, Edmond, OK 73013. A light lunch with be provided.

We all know champions are made in the off-season. We also know that by the time Playoffs and Regionals come around, our teams aren’t what they were at the start of the season. How do we keep the momentum we had in the off-season flowing all the way to the championship game? If you’ve asked yourself that question as a coach, then this seminar is for you.

We are putting this collective event together to provide a deeper look into high school strength and conditioning, and four performance aspects that we can control as coaches: Mindset, Movement, Nutrition and Recovery. Our hope is to partner with you, and provide a structured approach that will aid you in maintaining your teams performance throughout the seasons regardless of your sport.

In addition to EXOS presentation Kelsi Musick, SWOSU Head Women’s Basketball coach, and Tom Cobble, Hall of Fame retired football coach, will speak on program development and 3Dimensional coaching.
