Coaches may send up to two players from each school. The Finals of the Free throw contest will be held at the Chesapeake Arena during a Thunder Basketball game. TBA

What an exciting time of the year!! The excitement of beginning practices and the anticipation of what the season might bring! It has to be the greatest time of the year for us Gym rats. Good luck to all of you as you get ready to pitch it up. I wish you all the best. I want to extend my thanks to the Thunder for the great Fall Clinic. We owe a big thanks to Mark Wilson for getting the ball rolling 2 years ago. We are very blessed to have the clinic we have now and that would not have happened without Mark and the Thunder!
